One of my goals this year is to get more flexible. I have always had a hard time getting my kicks over my chest. And now that I plan on doing some serious competitions this year I want to make sure I can fool my opponent with some high as well as low kicks.

So I am getting the above stretching machine at www.bestlegstretchers.com. I am going to get the heavy duty model. In addition to the stretching machine I also want to get involved in some good yoga classes. I hear yoga is suppose to help with the over all stretching and limberness. I even saw a news report about yoga.

So enough talk - time to action!
